At Precision Line Property Services (PLPS), we are committed to delivering high-quality cleaning and vehicle detailing services. However, it is crucial to understand the scope and limitations of our services. This disclaimer outlines important information for clients regarding our cleaning processes, potential limitations, and client responsibilities.
Pressure Washing / House Washing / Roof Cleaning
- Scope of Service: Our cleaning services target and remove organic matter and surface-level contaminants. Discolorations such as greying or natural distortions require specialized treatments, which are not guaranteed to resolve these issues.
- Item Removal: Items on the surfaces to be cleaned will be removed on an as-needed and "within reason" basis. Cluttered areas or those with many items to be removed, wood piles, debris, or items requiring extensive removal time must be cleared by the client beforehand. Failure to do so will result in additional charges.
- Organic Matter on Roofs: We do not forcibly remove moss or other organic matter on roofs. We only treat these issues, as forcible removal can damage shingles and other surfaces. Moss needs to come off naturally after treatment. Some moss might come off during the cleaning/treatment process, but this is not guaranteed.
Window Cleaning
- Scope of Service: We clean surface-level debris and soiling from window panes. Hard water stains and other contaminants embedded in the porous glass/pane are not removed. Stuck-on grime, paint, caulking, and similar issues fall under our "Post Construction Cleaning" service and are subject to separate charges.
- Item Removal: Clients must remove items from window sills, glass, and a three-foot area around the window work area. Items moved by our team will not be replaced, and moving/replacing items will incur additional charges.
- Mechanical and Structural Issues: We do not replace broken mechanical items or clean/touch broken or cracked glass. Scratches on window glass are assumed to be pre-existing and only revealed after cleaning.
Vehicle Detailing Services
- Scope of Service: We clean the surface level of all surfaces, including fabrics, carpets, upholstery, and leather. However, we cannot remove deeply embedded dirt, leaves, plant life, hair, or other items beyond the reach of our tools.
- Mechanical Issues: Clients must disclose any mechanical issues. For example, if a window is broken and should not be lowered, it is the client's responsibility to inform the PLPS team. Failure to do so makes the client liable for any resulting damage.
- Expectations: Our services aim to make items look "like new" but cannot renew them. Clients should apply common sense and reasonable understanding regarding the outcomes of our cleaning services. Nitpicking will not be tolerated.
General Terms
- Client Responsibilities: It is the client's responsibility to ask questions or address concerns prior to service. Clients must understand the package information presented online and offline prior to engaging our services.
- Refunds and Credits: Absolutely no refunds are provided. In-store credit or service credit may be offered at PLPS's discretion but can be rejected or refused within reason.
- Dispute Resolution: By using our services, clients agree to mediation as the sole option for resolving disputes. No litigation may be taken against PLPS.
